New Client / Long Hair Curly Cut

For first-time curly clients or clients with long, thick, or high-density curls. Includes consultation, customized curly cut, cleansing, styling, and curl education.

Express Curly Dry Cut

For returning curly-cut clients who had their last curly cut at Lunar Locks within the past 8 weeks. Maintenance dry cut only; no washing or styling included. Hair must arrive clean, dry, detangled, and in its natural curly state.

APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Appointments & Cancellations

We value your time and appreciate you respecting ours. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. Appointments that are not confirmed may be released.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeit the deposit, while same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Running Late

If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on our schedule, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled. There is no automatic late fee.

Preparing for Your Curly Cut

Please arrive with your curls in their natural state, fully dry and gently detangled. Wash your hair 1-2 days before your appointment and avoid ponytails, buns, braids, or brushing out your curls.

Detangling

Excessive detangling or mat removal may require additional time and a fee starting at $25. We will discuss this before proceeding.

Pricing

All prices are starting rates and may vary depending on hair length, density, texture, condition, and time required.
